Residential Advisors play an integral role in creating community at YCCC. The RA’s initiate educational, cultural, and social programming to engage residents; in turn providing crucial community development opportunities. RA’s also provide residents with information about college services and resources to assist students in a successful educational journey. RA applicants must have at least a 2.5 GPA.
